What is The Advocate Diary?

Who is the app for?
It is for solo advocates, chambers and law firms practising in district courts, sessions courts and High Courts.
Is my data private to me and my firm?

๐ Auto Update with Court Data
What does auto update with court data mean?
It means The Advocate Diary updates your case record using court data, so you do not need to search for each case and retype the details and next date of hearing yourself.
Do I still need to check the official court record?
Yes, for anything critical. Court websites can be delayed or corrected, and the official record always prevails. Use the app as your working diary and confirm important dates with the court's own cause list or order.
Which courts are covered?
Updates depend on the data a court publishes online, so coverage can vary between courts and case types. Contact our support team to check your court.
Can I still add hearings and notes myself?
Yes. You can add hearings, remarks and notes to any case yourself, whether or not court data is available for it.
Is The Advocate Diary connected to the government or the courts?
No. The Advocate Diary is an independent practice-management app. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any court, eCourts or any government body.
