Frequently asked questions
Is my data private to me and my firm?
Yes. Every firm is isolated at the tenant level, and personal fee records are private to each advocate — even other advocates in your firm can't see them.
Do I need a password?
No. Advocate Diary uses OTP-based login. SMS login is on the roadmap.
Can I work with co-counsel?
Yes. Invite advocates to your firm and assign them to specific cases. Admins see everything.
Will there be a mobile app?
Yes. The web app is mobile-first today, and native iOS / Android apps are in development.
Where are my documents stored?
Documents are stored in secure tenant-scoped storage. You can upload, download and delete with full audit trails.
